How does delivery of coaching work?
We will reach out to you initially via text, phone, and/or email based on the information provided with your purchase. From here we will work with you to establish a method of working that best fits your busy schedule. Coaching can take place via text, email, phone, and Zoom.
What happens if I miss one of our appointments?
Not to worry! Your membership gives you full and unlimited coaching access and is not based on a specific number of meetings, appointments, or messages. We will always work with you to try and make sure coaching fits into your life when you need it.

Our coaching program is best viewed as an investment in yourself. If that's not worth investing in, what is? If you are ever not satisfied with our coaching program, we offer a full money-back guarantee on your current membership. This means that if you pay for an annual membership, you can be refunded for up to the cost of that membership. What time zones do you work with?
We are currently based in the western United States. We are therefore able to offer coaching in all U.S. time zones. International time zones may see more asynchronous communication when compared to U.S. members.
What languages does your coaching support?
We are currently only offering coaching services in English.
How much experience do you have?
I (Kris) have over 20 years of project management experience. I also hold a BA in Economics, an MBA, and have my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
